RESPECT. These guys always take me some higher state, kinda hard to explain, they have this thing happening between them that gives birth to this emotive trance music that i somehow envy, reminding me how good it is to jam with someone else, to make that bound through sound happen. Respect.

Former Selves - Telos (Brigdetown Records)
Paul´s music has this perfect balance between melancholy and beauty, or, to put it better, he never lets himself fall on melancholy (or even angst?) because his vibe will lead itself to a beautiful hopeful state, chilling you over the layers of those deep ambiances. Watching him perform live was great, his music really infiltrates in you + he was the perfect reminder of how can one miss some fine music out there.
Lace Bows - Pollen Futures (Hooker Vision)
What a masterpiece, really hard to write about it because listening to it makes me unconscious… I have so much to listen and learn from Joana, drone Princess-Goddess-Dudette. + expect a riot grrl live, she will take you from the darkest Berlin post-afterparty black room to your private Pacific island bungalow-room service-maid-cigarrette-break-random-detuned-radio-station passing through your romantic-doo~wop-singer-wannabe-housewife no time.

Sweetest jams… Ricky Egan had it for some time on his Soundcloud and it instantaneously took me back to the high school times, staying home from school on a spring afternoon with the right amount of sun and poplar´s cotton coming in the room and just letting the guitar play…. The Night Music track is a perfect finale.
YYU - TIMETIMETIME&TIME (Beer On The Rug)
Really different from what´s going on out there, if it´s even possible to say something like that. Really want to listen more from YYU.
…Having panic attacks about all the music i couldn´t give the proper attention to (Tidal, Sylvia Monnier, Snow White and pretty much everything Wanda Group uploaded on soundcloud just came into my mind right now) and the ones that are still on that ”recovered data” folder from my a midsummer hard drive´s crash (d´Eon´s Music For Keyboards Vol. III, all untagged mp3´s i think belong to Hype Williams, etc.).
…Guess the best part of 2012 was being able to listen to the yet to be released sick sick music from Cool Angels, Lace Bows, Sky Stadium, Free Weed, Meadowlands & Ñaka Ñaka.
